Global Sourcing

This course examines the global textile value chain from fiber production to apparel distribution, focusing on how political, economic, cultural, and regulatory forces shape international supply and demand. I analyzed the role of the U.S. textile complex within the global market, explored competitiveness in domestic and international contexts, and evaluated the impact of trade regulations, sourcing, and sustainability practices.

Using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and Google Earth, I applied analytical skills to assess real-world textile and apparel production and global supply chain decisions.
